The Warehouse Team Member III is a subject matter expert in rigging, receiving, shipping, warehousing, and inventory operations. They are responsible for ensuring effective and efficient operations related to the transportation, storage, and dispatch of materials. This position offers a salary range of $26.50 - $32.54 per hour.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks in the rigging, shipping, receiving, inventory, small or large tools operations, depending on the assigned department.
• Adhere to all processes with little to no supervision and collaborate on designing standard processes within the assigned work area.
• Work with leadership to effectively resource plan day-to-day activities.
• Act as the first level of escalation for operational challenges for other Warehouse Team Members.
• Safely load, transfer, and unload materials using assigned equipment.
• Perform transactions in SAP and troubleshoot most SAP errors to maintain accurate inventory data.
• Conduct or coordinate on-process training for new team members or those transferring into the area.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Minimum of 1 year of rigging experience preferred.
• Experience in operating a forklift and reach truck preferred.
• Experience leading small teams preferred.
• Experience working within SAP preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment:

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods, lift/push/pull/carry a minimum of 50 lbs, and perform repetitive movements. Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work off step stools is required.
• Regular & reliable attendance is required.
