As part of our Home Installation Service team, you will work with the Best Buy program to install cutting-edge smart home products, including TV mounts, soundbars, speakers, and smart home devices such as door locks, smart speakers, video doorbells, and thermostats. Primary Responsibilities

• Perform home installations of smart home products, including TV mounts, soundbars, speakers, door locks, video doorbells, and smart thermostats.
• Advise customers on the best technology solutions for their needs.
• Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with safety standards.
• Handle all phases of installation, from setup to ensuring full functionality of devices.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process.
• Maintain high quality standards for safety, customer service, and technology knowledge.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Experience

• Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interest in learning new technologies and keeping up-to-date with advancements.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a customer-focused environment.
• Must be able to work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, unheated/air-conditioned areas).
• Valid driver’s license

Work Environment

• Work may be performed in various environments that are not heated or air-conditioned.
• Physical tasks will include climbing ladders, kneeling, crawling, bending, and lifting up to 80 pounds.
• Work schedule may include evenings and weekends.
• Must meet safety standards and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
