 Ferguson is currently seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to join the team. This role follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM, with overtime as needed. Pay ranges from $18-$22 per hour. This position is bonus or incentive plan eligible.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace and participate in keeping the facility accident-free

Required Experience

• Prior warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• RF scanner experience a plus
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic
• Self-starter with the ability to learn systems quickly
• Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required
