Our Installation Associates deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings. We are a family-friendly company offering a great work/life balance, excellent benefits, full company-paid training, and a variety of career paths.
Pay starting at $20 an hour! Pay can increase based on experience.

Schedule/Hours: Monday - Friday, hours between 6 AM - 4 PM

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installations and learn custom appliance installations (training provided).
• Handle and install gas and electric household appliances including washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
• Ensure appliances are damage-free, accurately installed to manufacturer specifications, and fully functional.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers, and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid training seminars and certifications.
• Provide delivery and driver-related responsibilities.

Required Experience

• 1+ years of experience with appliance delivery and installation preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possession of or ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs frequently and 90+ lbs occasionally with assistance from lifting equipment.
• Excellent customer service and mechanical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
