Ferguson is seeking an Installation Coordinator I – Appliances to support installation projects and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time role with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm. The starting pay for this position is $19/hr, depending on experience, with a pay range of $15.00 – $25.39/hr. This role is also bonus or incentive plan eligible.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements.
• Review and update work orders for accuracy, clarity, timelines, and product availability.
• Schedule pre-site visits, deliveries, and installations while maintaining the Installation Calendar.
• Track and record installations by product type.
• Process and store project documents including pre-site notes, checklists, change orders, photos, and invoices.
• Provide pricing to customers for requested services and serve as point of contact for questions, concerns, and complaints.
• Write credit memos and sales orders for returns and rescheduled appointments.

Required Experience

• Prior installation coordinating experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to apply expert-level product and installation knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
