Ferguson is seeking a CDL Driver to join their team. This role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $21.19 – $33.83, with bonus or incentive plan eligibility. Drivers enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with some overtime as needed), no nights or weekends, and the opportunity to be home daily.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, including assistance with loading/unloading and ensuring proper ticket documentation.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel as needed, and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow DOT standards, regulations, and company safety policies/procedures.
• Support warehouse personnel with pulling/preparing orders, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking materials.
• Work overtime as needed.

Required Experience

• 1–3 years of commercial truck driving experience strongly preferred.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics (shipping, receiving, delivery) is a plus.
• Strong communication, customer service skills, and general digital literacy.

Required Education

• Valid CDL A.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Work Environment

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with some overtime.
• Home daily with no nights or weekends.
