This role offers competitive compensation, safe driver incentives, and hourly bonus potential. It is also bonus or incentive plan eligible. The pay range for this role is $19.26 - $30.76 per hour.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, including assistance with loading/unloading and ensuring ticket delivery with materials
• Pick up customer returns and validate product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, refuel as needed, and report issues to supervisor
• Follow all Department of Transportation (DOT) standards and regulations
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material
• Work overtime as needed

Required Experience

• 0–3 years of commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, and delivery is a plus
• Good communication and customer service skills
• General digital literacy

Required Education

• Valid CDL Class A
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Possession of or ability to acquire a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
