Our Installation Associates deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings. This position offers a great work/life balance, excellent benefits, full company-paid training, and a variety of career paths.
Pay Rate: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installations with a willingness to learn custom installations (training provided)

• Handle and install basic gas and electric household appliances (e.g., washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators)

• Ensure appliances are damage-free, correctly installed per manufacturer specifications, and fully functional

• Provide professional and courteous service to builders, designers, and on-site customers

• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications

• May perform driver-related duties and responsibilities

Required Experience

• 1+ years of experience in Appliance Delivery & Installation Service preferred

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deliver “white glove service”

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural documents

• Valid state-issued driver’s license

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one

• Ability to lift 70+ lbs frequently and 90+ lbs occasionally (with lifting equipment assistance)

• Pre-employment drug and background screening required

Work Environment

• Appliance delivery and installation in both residential and commercial settings

• Frequent lifting and use of stair climbers, oven lifts, and/or air sleds
