Job Description & Requirements

The Site Leader oversees day‑to‑day operations for a 1‑to‑3‑person legal‑office site. Reporting to the Account Manager, you guide strategic direction, coach staff, and maintain exceptional client relationships while ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Align site operations with organizational goals; drive initiatives that boost efficiency and service quality.

  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning and high performance.

  • Serve as the primary client contact—build relationships, anticipate needs, and ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Manage daily workflows, resource utilization, and compliance with legal‑industry standards and regulations.

  • Leverage data insights to identify trends, anticipate client needs, and drive innovation and process optimization.

  • Address and resolve issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.

  • Champion continuous‑improvement projects and lead change initiatives across the site.

Required Experience

  • At least 2 years in a legal‑industry role with direct client interaction.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate small teams.

  • Strong interpersonal, customer‑service, and organizational skills.

Required Education

  • High‑school diploma or GED.
