Job Description & Requirements
The Site Leader oversees day‑to‑day operations for a 1‑to‑3‑person legal‑office site. Reporting to the Account Manager, you guide strategic direction, coach staff, and maintain exceptional client relationships while ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities

Align site operations with organizational goals; drive initiatives that boost efficiency and service quality.

Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning and high performance.

Serve as the primary client contact—build relationships, anticipate needs, and ensure satisfaction and retention.

Manage daily workflows, resource utilization, and compliance with legal‑industry standards and regulations.

Leverage data insights to identify trends, anticipate client needs, and drive innovation and process optimization.

Address and resolve issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.

Champion continuous‑improvement projects and lead change initiatives across the site.
Required Experience

At least 2 years in a legal‑industry role with direct client interaction.

Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate small teams.

Strong interpersonal, customer‑service, and organizational skills.
Required Education

High‑school diploma or GED.
