Job Description & Requirements
Comcast is seeking a passionate and customer-oriented individual for a retail sales role. This position offers a base salary of $18.70 per hour, with a total target compensation (including base pay and targeted commission) ranging from $23.69 to $27.09 per hour ($49,280 to $56,352 annually). Uncapped commissions are available, providing the potential for significant earnings above the targeted amount. Primary Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers in a retail location to evaluate their product needs and make recommendations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions.
- Assist customers with interpreting their account statements and making payments in-store.
- Address customer inquiries regarding new and existing services, process changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and handle general service requests.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
- Share expert-level knowledge about Comcast products and services.
- Maintain detailed product knowledge, including competitive offerings.
- Contribute to a fun and competitive environment, aiming to connect products and services to customers' everyday lives.
Required Experience:
- 2-5 years of related experience, with a preference for experience in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to work at alternate store locations outside of the primary store.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance required.
- Must be able to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and stand or move about the store for extended periods.
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
