Job Description & Requirements

The Office Manager leads a  Ricoh on‑site services team, blending hands‑on operational oversight with a supportive, growth‑oriented culture. You direct daily workflows, champion service excellence, and collaborate with clients to drive continuous improvement and innovative solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Guide and motivate the on‑site team; cultivate a positive work environment that boosts engagement and retention.

  • Oversee daily operations, leveraging deep knowledge of Ricoh products and services to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with audit/deadline standards.

  • Partner with customers to streamline business processes, gather feedback, and implement improvements that enhance mutual success.

  • Lead a service‑oriented culture by monitoring satisfaction metrics and acting on client input.

  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities to help team members reach their full potential.

  • Identify and introduce innovative practices or technologies that keep the site ahead of evolving demands.

Required Experience

  • 3 + years of relevant work experience, including customer‑facing roles.

  • Proven managerial/leadership experience (preferably in a similar services environment).

  • Strong technology proficiency and adept problem‑solving skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

Nice to Have: familiarity with technical aspects of B2B services, previous management in a comparable field, and proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Required Education

  • High‑school diploma or GED.
