Job Description & Requirements

Alstom is seeking a Product Introduction Technician in Denver to play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our train systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge rail technology, collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance teams.

Salary Rate: Starts at $40.07 USD per hour and is determined in accordance with a collective bargaining agreement.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Measure performance related to Cost of Non-Quality and ensure adherence to EHS standards.
  • Execute systematic handovers from Manufacturing to Testing.
  • Manage and document test failures and repairs in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with Test Engineering Technicians and Industrial Quality teams.
  • Ensure compliance with customer acceptance criteria and test procedures.
  • Propose process improvements as necessary.

Required Experience

  • Experience or understanding of industrial activities related to electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
  • Knowledge of EHS requirements and high voltage safety.
  • Familiarity with IT tools and smart devices.

Required Education

  • Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
