The Distribution Janitor position offers a compensation rate of $18.00 per hour. This role requires general cleaning duties within a distribution center, including frequent lifting, operating equipment, and performing maintenance tasks in an orderly manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

• General cleaning, removing debris, and maintaining areas in an orderly condition.
• Perform cleaning duties such as lifting/bending, operating equipment, emptying trash/plastic bins, bailing plastic for recycling, and dumping trash/cardboard into compactors.
• Additional duties include sorting and separating scrap pallets, sweeping, picking up trash, wiping down warehouse walls, putting away supplies, and bringing in pallets.

Required Experience:

• Ability to perform tasks under direct supervision.
• Capable of handling basic issues and referring more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Working knowledge of the job is required.

Required Education:

• High School Graduate or equivalent.

Work Environment:

• Physical requirements include medium work with the ability to frequently lift and move heavy objects.
