Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Offered - Details below. By joining the team at Vestas, we are pleased to offer you a sign-on bonus reflecting our commitment to fostering a collaborative and rewarding relationship. This includes a one-time payout of $2,500, subject to applicable taxes and withholdings. If you hold Basic Safety Training, Basic Technical Training, and Advanced Rescue Training Global Wind Organization (GWO) certifications, an additional $2,500 bonus will be provided. Relocation assistance may also be available.

Location of this Position: Dexter, MNPrimary Responsibilities:
* Perform maintenance and installation work on assigned wind turbines with minimal supervision.
* Follow defined schedules and procedures, including safety protocols and verbal/written instructions.
* Mentor entry-level technicians when needed.
* Work at heights of up to 250 feet and in confined spaces to conduct repairs and maintenance.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of professionalism and safety.
* Identify and recommend improvements for safety and quality.

Required Experience:
* At least one year of wind experience or a wind certificate with 2-3 years of experience in a heavy industrial background.
* A safety-focused mindset and a positive attitude in a team environment.
* Ability to identify solutions to issues through process elimination.

Required Education:
* Relevant certifications (Basic Safety Training, Basic Technical Training, Advanced Rescue Training Global Wind Organization (GWO)).Work Environment:
* Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
* Physical activity includes climbing, carrying tools and equipment, and moving parts.
