Job Description & Requirements

Site Leader – Legal Office Services. Oversees day‑to‑day operations at a 1‑ to 3‑person legal‑office site, aligning workflows with organizational goals, developing staff, and maintaining exceptional client relationships to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Direct site strategy and daily operations, driving initiatives that improve efficiency and service quality.

  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

  • Serve as the primary client contact—build relationships, anticipate needs, and ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Monitor compliance with legal‑industry regulations, quality standards, and optimal use of site resources.

  • Analyze data to spot trends, anticipate client requirements, and lead continuous‑improvement and change initiatives.

  • Resolve issues and conflicts promptly and diplomatically, modeling professionalism at all times.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in the legal industry with direct client interaction.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate employees.

  • Strong interpersonal, customer‑service, and organizational skills.

Required Education

  • High‑school diploma or GED.
