Explore exciting opportunities in Home Installation through our partnership with a leading company in the Satellite industry. As a key team member, you’ll be responsible for installing and maintaining satellite dishes and receivers, building positive customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth, satisfying experience. This position involves both indoor and outdoor work at residential and commercial properties and requires adherence to safety guidelines.

Pay: Up to $22 an hour or more

Primary Responsibilities

Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide seamless service

Deliver excellent customer service and establish trust with clients

Recommend solutions and products tailored to customer needs

Work independently across various settings, indoors and outdoors

Follow all company safety procedures and protocols

Required Experience

Strong customer service orientation

Motivation to learn and master emerging technologies

Ability to multi-task and work independently

Desire for continuous learning in relevant technologies

Must possess a valid driver’s license

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and MVR check

Working Conditions

Must climb ladders and meet safety standards (body weight + 25 lbs of tools/equipment must not exceed 375 lbs)

Lift 60-80 pounds and work on 28-36 foot ladders

Perform work in environments without heating or air conditioning

Work may involve kneeling, crawling, bending, and other physically demanding positions

Must be able to work evenings and weekends

Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures in this safety-sensitive role
