At MasTec Advanced Technologies, your smile and technical expertise are in demand. You’ll provide and install the most advanced home technologies, including satellite dishes, home security, and smart home automation. You'll be a technician customers trust, fostering positive relationships, troubleshooting, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role involves both indoor and outdoor tasks at customer residences and commercial buildings, following safety guidelines. Pay: Up to $22 an hour or more, with performance-based compensation and incentives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks.
• Perform both indoor and outdoor installation tasks.
• Recommend the best solutions and products to meet customer needs.
• Work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform and safety standards.

Required Experience:

• Experience in customer service or technical roles is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in home installation or technology services is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license

Work Environment:

• Work may be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned.
• Work may involve climbing ladders, lifting 60-80 pounds, and performing tasks that require kneeling, crawling, or bending in uncomfortable positions.
• Flexible work schedule that includes weekends and evenings.
• Safety-sensitive role with strict adherence to safety protocols.
