Job Description & Requirements

KeyBank is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Full-Time Teller to join its Eastchester, NY branch. This role offers a pay range of $18.00 – $22.60 per hour, with additional short-term incentive compensation based on individual and company performance. As a Teller, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing excellent service, assisting with account transactions, and identifying opportunities to connect clients with bankers for deeper financial wellness conversations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding client service by welcoming and assisting clients with transactions and servicing needs.
  • Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating as necessary.
  • Recognize opportunities for financial wellness conversations and transition clients to bankers when appropriate.
  • Maintain compliance with audit, security, and cash-handling standards.
  • Stay current on product offerings, policies, and fees; participate in team huddles and debriefs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with KeyBank policies and procedures.

Required Experience

  • Previous client service experience (required).
  • Cash handling experience (required).
  • General understanding of PC applications (Windows-based) and calculator use (required).

Required Education

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).

Work Environment / Working Conditions

  • Prolonged standing (5–8 hours per day).
  • Frequent use of hands for object manipulation and grasping.
  • Face-to-face and phone communication with clients.
  • Occasional bending and lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Occasional driving with a valid driver’s license required.
