Primary Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and/or installation work on assigned wind turbines under minimal supervision.
• Follow defined schedules and procedures, including safety protocols and verbal/written instructions.
• Provide mentorship to entry-level technicians.
• Work at heights of up to 250 feet and in confined spaces.
• Perform maintenance and repairs in varying weather conditions.
• Carry tools, equipment, and parts as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain professionalism, safety, and high-quality service.
• Recommend improvements to enhance safety and work quality.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of wind industry experience or 2 years of comparable industry experience (Electrician, Mechanic, Hydraulic, or related trades).

Required Education

• High school diploma and one of the following:
  • Wind school certification
  • Technical school certification
  • 4-year college degree
  • Military tech school (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic focus)
