Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Pipe Yard Associate at their Waterworks location in Fargo, ND. This role involves both warehouse and outdoor work in all weather conditions, supporting customer orders and inventory management. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some overtime as needed. Pay range: $16.53 – $24.81 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive plan.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely operate both stand-up (order selector/cherry picker) and sit-down forklifts to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and large piping.
• Work outdoors year-round in a pipeyard, performing duties in all weather conditions.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material accurately and in a timely manner.
• Effectively receive and store inventory.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE such as a safety harness (maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs).
• Provide back-up driver duties and responsibilities as needed.

Required Experience

• Background in warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, delivery, inventory) preferred.
• Forklift operator experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• General computer skills for basic data entry.
• Ability to carry up to 50 lbs. by hand and 50 lbs. or more with equipment.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
