Job Description & Requirements
The Senior On‑Site Service Specialist operates advanced 2D/3D print and high‑volume copy equipment, troubleshoots issues, and supports light facilities/reception tasks to keep production, sorting, and mailing workflows running smoothly and clients fully satisfied.
Primary Responsibilities

Operate high‑volume 2D/3D print and copy machines; ensure quality, efficiency, and timely completion.

Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and escalate complex technical issues for rapid resolution.

Provide front‑line customer service: answer inquiries, coordinate service calls, manage job requests, and calculate charges.

Maintain accurate production records, control inventories, and track all services rendered.

Collaborate with team members to deliver finished jobs and assist with meeting‑room setups, light maintenance, and reception coverage as needed.

Follow all safety protocols and keep the work area clean, organized, and secure.
Required Experience

1+ year of relevant work experience in print production, customer support, or similar operations.

Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

Strong communication skills; proven ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.

Preferred: experience with high‑volume copy/print equipment, basic electronics/copier repair, and a valid driver’s license with required insurance.
Required Education

High‑school diploma or GED.
