We are looking for a Materials Handler to help make this vision come true for our customers when they come in and are looking for support.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned duties in a safe manner adhering to all company safety requirements
• Deliver parts and other necessary items to the production floor
• Return unnecessary items back to the parts department
• Transfer parts and other necessary items from department to department
• Provide support in job preparation as needed for production of equipment
• Assist with cycle counts and inventories as required
• Provide coverage for cutting and prepping materials as required
• Ensure assigned areas are kept in a neat and organized manner
• Ensure accuracy of all paperwork completed
• Operate forklift as needed
• Provide general labor support or any assigned tasks as determined by management
• Accurately track time in the Timecard system
• Recommend methods for improving efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities

Required Experience

• General mechanical and/or refrigeration knowledge
• Must be able to read a tape measure, calipers, and micrometers
• Must be able to read blueprints and drawings
• Must be a self-starter and detail-oriented

Required Education

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Ability to communicate and read instructions in English (Bilingualism a plus)

Work Environment

• This position requires a significant amount of walking, bending, standing, and sitting for extended periods of time

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift at least fifty (50) pounds
