Primary Responsibilities

• Work in the mechanical department to build roll grinding equipment.

• Travel to customer sites (approximately 20% of the time) for installations.

• Utilize hand tools and demonstrate mechanical aptitude.

• Read and comprehend engineering drawings.

• Apply knowledge of hydraulics (a plus).

• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Solve problems and make informed decisions.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Experience

• Must be mechanically inclined.

• Familiarity with hand tools.

• Ability to read engineering drawings.

• Knowledge of hydraulics is a plus.

Work Environment

• 80% in-house, 20% at customer sites.

• Safe and clean work environment.
