Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and installation work on assigned wind turbines under minimal supervision.
• Follow defined schedules and procedures, including safety protocols and verbal/written instructions.
• Mentor entry-level technicians.
• Work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces, while ensuring safety and quality.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of technical wind industry experience, OR 6 months of technical wind industry experience with a certificate from a wind technician program, OR a minimum of 3 years’ experience in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, composite skills, or heavy machinery.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders while carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with intermediate level power tools, such as hydraulic, power torque, and diagnostic tools.

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment:

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including heights (up to 250 feet).
• Requires climbing, carrying tools, and moving parts.
