Job Description & Requirements
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a small-to-medium-sized site while managing a small team. This role ensures contract compliance, service excellence, and employee development while managing various contracted services, including copy services, courier services, managed print services, hospitality, imaging, and mail services. The Site Manager plays a key role in staff performance management, talent development, and customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site operations and oversee a small team of direct reports.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and competing priorities while fostering a positive work culture.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Ricoh products and services, optimizing processes for operational efficiency.
- Manage production labor percentages, ensuring quality control and efficiency.
- Utilize Ricoh Service Excellence tools to improve operational quality and effectiveness.
- Maintain and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while identifying opportunities for business process improvement.
- Develop a customer-focused environment through regular client feedback and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Ensure compliance with audit standards, deadlines, and best practices.
- Optimize staffing by matching employee skills with production needs.
- Provide coaching, training, and career development guidance for staff.
- Recognize and motivate employees through Ricoh’s recognition programs.
- Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and support employee growth.
- Maintain customer communication and address service-related concerns.
- Identify service gaps, escalate issues as needed, and ensure financial accountability.
- Coordinate with the sales team on pricing, invoicing, and order-related concerns.
- Support reporting, customer presentations, and business reviews to meet contract requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
- Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience preferred.
- 3-5 years of customer-facing experience required.
- Strong technology proficiency and operational management experience.
Required Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present to medium-sized groups.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Technical aptitude with proficiency in Office 360.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
Work Environment:
- Typical office setting with adequate lighting, ventilation, and temperature control.
- Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting items up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent use of basic office tools, including computers, calculators, and hand tools.
