Job Description & Requirements

The Site Leader is responsible for the daily operations of a small-site, acting as the go-to person for a small team. This role involves escalating facility-related issues, ensuring acceptable profit levels, and meeting customer service expectations. The Site Leader oversees Copy Services, Courier Services, Managed Print Services, Hospitality, Imaging, and Mail Services and serves as the primary contact for customer issues and contract compliance when there is no Site Manager assigned.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee mailroom, copy center, or scanning facility operations, including office equipment usage.
  • Perform or coordinate Courier Services, Reception, Shipping & Receiving, and Mail Processing.
  • Assist team members with job assignments, project scheduling, and facility-related issues.
  • Act as the point person for customer issues and contract compliance.
  • Provide training and development for site personnel.
  • Manage Ricoh Service Excellence programs to ensure quality service.
  • Track and report Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance and compliance.
  • Assist leadership with staffing, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with employees and customers.
  • Supervise shift activities, materials, and supplies to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure quality and deadline standards are met through efficient scheduling.
  • Address pricing and order issues by communicating with the sales team.
  • Prepare and submit site reports, facility-related issues, and month-end management reports.
  • May interact with vendors, facility management, and building occupants.
  • Manage office supply inventory and reordering as needed.
  • Coordinate conference room setups and A/V equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
  • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing work experience.
  • Previous training experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in technology and office equipment.

Required Education

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong process facilitation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to present to small groups.
  • Intermediate customer service and technical aptitude.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.

Work Environment

  • Office setting with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature and noise levels.
  • Work assignments involve interpreting and applying complex material, data, and instructions.
  • Mostly sedentary work, but may require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Moderate dexterity required for calculator, keyboard, and hand tool usage.
