Job Description & Requirements
The Site Leader is responsible for managing the daily operations of a small-site facility, ensuring seamless facility operations, profitability, and exceptional customer service. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring contract compliance and addressing concerns efficiently. The Site Leader also leads a dedicated team, driving efficiency and innovation through data-driven insights.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations with a focus on innovation and process improvements using data-driven insights.
- Act as the primary contact for customer concerns, ensuring compliance with contracts and service excellence.
- Drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through strong leadership and accountability.
- Mentor and empower a diverse team by providing guidance on job assignments, scheduling, and support.
- Analyze and resolve operational challenges while ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage inventory effectively, optimizing supply levels and coordinating logistics for conference rooms and AV equipment.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support other departments and vendors as needed, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to service excellence.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in technology-driven and customer-facing roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage operational challenges.
Required Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong preference for candidates with previous training experience.
- Familiarity with B2B environments and technical processes.
- Advanced technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
