Job Description & Requirements

Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Will Call Counter Associate. This role offers competitive compensation with hourly bonus potential. Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide product advice to customers based on their needs
  • Process orders via order management system
  • Operate cash registers and follow cash handling procedures
  • Prepare and stage customer pick-up orders
  • Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
  • Restock merchandise in designated areas
  • Maintain a safe working environment, including proper use of PPE
  • Work part-time in the warehouse pulling and preparing customer orders
  • Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
  • May perform driving duties as needed

Required Experience

  • 1–5 years of customer service and warehouse experience preferred
  • Basic product knowledge preferred
  • General computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience preferred

Required Education

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid state-issued driver license
  • General math skills
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to learn is essential

Work Environment

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Involves warehouse work, lifting and transporting materials
  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required
