At MasTec Advanced Technologies, your technical expertise is in demand. You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of satellite dishes and receivers, ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role offers up to $22 an hour or more, with competitive wages based on performance and incentives. Primary Responsibilities

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships.
• Troubleshoot and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Perform indoor and outdoor tasks at customer residences and commercial buildings while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Advise and recommend the best solutions and products to meet customer needs.
• Work independently in a highly independent environment.

Required Experience

• Ability to climb ladders and meet manufacturer’s safety requirements for equipment.
• Must be able to lift 60-80 pounds and climb ladders up to 36 feet.
• Ability to work in environments without air conditioning or heating and in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and MVR (driving record) check.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Previous experience in a technical or customer service role is a plus but not required.

Work Environment

• Work could be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned.
• The role involves both indoor and outdoor work, depending on weather conditions.
• May require kneeling, crawling, or bending in uncomfortable positions.
