Location: Jackson, WY
Pay: Starting at $23.00/hour + $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
Are you a people person with a knack for problem-solving and product knowledge? Join Ferguson as a Counter Sales Representative and help customers find the right solutions for their projects. You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where your contributions make a real impact—and where you’ll have room to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the best products for their needs
- Process orders using our order management system
- Operate cash registers and follow cash handling procedures
- Prepare and stage orders for customer pickup
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
- Restock merchandise and ensure proper placement
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience (preferred)
- Basic product knowledge (preferred)
- General computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
- Strong math, communication, and decision-making skills
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
