At MasTec Advanced Technologies, your smile and technical expertise are in demand. You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of advanced home technologies, including satellite dishes, home security systems, and smart home automation. As a valued team member, you will ensure a seamless customer experience through troubleshooting and fostering positive customer relationships. Pay: Up to $22 an hour or more.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers at customer residences and commercial buildings.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with satellite technology and systems.
• Adhere to safety guidelines while performing tasks both indoors and outdoors.
• Advise customers on the best solutions and products to meet their needs.

Required Experience:

• Experience in home installation or a similar technical field is preferred but not required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor settings, with varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to perform tasks requiring climbing ladders (up to 36 feet), lifting 60-80 pounds, and working in confined or uncomfortable positions.
• This position is safety-sensitive, and adherence to strict safety protocols is required.
