Job Description & Requirements
As the Site Leader, you are accountable for the daily operations of a small site, ensuring contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. You act as the go-to person for a small team, supporting facility-related concerns, service execution, and internal communication. Responsibilities include delivering a range of office services such as copy, mail, imaging, hospitality, and print services.
Primary Responsibilities

Operate and manage office equipment including copiers, mail machines, and imaging devices

Oversee mailroom, copy center, or scanning facility; may also manage courier, reception, and shipping/receiving services

Act as point of contact for customer issues at sites without a Site Manager

Assign work, schedule tasks, and supervise employee breaks
-
Handle customer communication and ensure contract compliance
-
Train and develop assigned staff and report performance metrics
-
Track service levels, perform site audits, and assist with recruitment and performance evaluations

Monitor inventory and order supplies using Oracle’s iProcurement
-
Maintain reports, work orders, vendor communication, and routine inspections

Coordinate AV equipment and conference room logistics

Ensure shift profitability by supervising material usage and employee productivity

Support additional duties as needed
Required Experience
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related B2B or technical field

At least 2 years of customer-facing experience required

Previous training experience preferred

Proven technical proficiency and leadership capabilities
Required Education
-
High school diploma or GED required
Work Environment
-
Office environment with typical lighting, ventilation, and temperature

Some physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Regular use of office tools and technology (keyboard, calculator, etc.)

Work includes interpreting and conveying varied and complex information
