Responsible for the safe and efficient pickup, relocation, and delivery of office equipment. This role may include installation, basic networking, and providing customer training during delivery. The driver plays a key role in customer satisfaction and must meet all DOT safety requirements and delivery safety standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver and pick up office equipment at customer locations.

• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle logs.

• Perform basic connected installations (IP setup, print drivers, device training).

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure equipment is loaded and secured.

• Provide excellent customer service and training on device functionality.

• Communicate with dispatch and service departments as needed.

• Ensure delivery paperwork is signed, documented, and properly processed.

• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, stair climbers).

• Participate in safety programs and report incidents per guidelines.

• Help train new drivers and provide feedback to service teams.

• Conduct inventory cycle counts and end-of-day reconciliations.

• May involve overnight stays and off-hour emergency support.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of medium-duty truck driving experience.

• Safe driving history and ability to pass a road test.

• On-the-job technical training in networking and installation preferred.

• Familiarity with GPS, maps, and mobile technology (phones/tablets).

Required Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Valid driver's license and medical card (per company and FMCSR regulations).

• Valid CDL required if applicable by state.

Work Environment:

• Work involves exposure to weather, chemical solvents, and cleaning agents.

• Regular physical demands: lifting up to 100 lbs and moving equipment up to 1,000 lbs.

• Frequent kneeling, bending, and standing required for equipment delivery/setup.

• Work conditions include office, warehouse, and truck environments with varying noise and temperature levels.

• Independent work with customer interaction in potentially high-pressure situations.
