Job Description & Requirements
The Senior On-Site Service Specialist drives high-volume duplicating, production, sorting, and mailing operations for Ricoh’s clients. Operating advanced 2D/3D print and copy equipment, you handle basic maintenance and troubleshooting, manage job tickets and inventory, and step in for reception or light facilities tasks to keep workflows seamless and customers delighted.
Primary Responsibilities

Operate high-volume 2D/3D print, copy, and finishing equipment with consistent speed and quality.

Troubleshoot equipment issues; escalate complex problems for rapid resolution.

Provide front-line customer service—answer inquiries, coordinate service calls, and manage job requests.

Maintain accurate production records, calculate job charges, and track supplies/inventory.

Coordinate delivery of completed work and assist with meeting-room setups, light maintenance, and reception coverage as needed.

Uphold all safety protocols when handling equipment and materials.
Required Experience

1+ year in on-site services, print production, or customer-support roles.

Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer applications.

Strong communication skills; proven success in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.

Preferred: prior copy/print-center experience, basic electronics/copier-repair knowledge, and a valid driver’s license with required insurance.
Required Education

High-school diploma or GED.
