Up to $5,000 Sign On Bonus Offered. This includes a one-time payout of $2,500 upon joining, with an additional $2,500 available for candidates holding Basic Safety Training, Basic Technical Training, and Advanced Rescue Training Global Wind Organization (GWO) certifications. Relocation assistance may also be available.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and installation work on assigned wind turbines under minimal supervision.
• Follow defined schedules and procedures, including safety protocols and verbal/written instructions.
• Provide mentorship to entry-level technicians.
• Work at heights of 250+ feet and in confined spaces, conducting maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members, focusing on professionalism, safety, and attention to detail.
• Make recommendations to improve safety and work quality.

Required Experience:

• At least 1 year of wind experience or a wind certificate combined with 2-3 years of experience in a heavy industrial background.
• A safety-focused mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Initiative in daily tasks and problem-solving abilities through process elimination.

Required Education:

• Relevant certifications in wind energy (preferred).
