Primary Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers at residential and commercial locations.
• Foster positive customer relationships and ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience.
• Troubleshoot equipment and technology issues.
• Follow safety protocols while working indoors and outdoors.
• Advise customers on the best solutions and products for their needs.
• Work independently while adhering to safety and company standards.

Required Experience:

• No prior experience required; paid training will be provided.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle multi-tasking effectively.
• Valid driver’s license

Work Environment:

• Work may be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned.
• Job may require climbing 28-36 foot ladders and lifting 60-80 pounds.
• Work could involve kneeling, crawling, bending, or other positions that may be uncomfortable.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
