Boise Cascade is seeking an Assembler for our Lakeland, FL location. This position offers swing shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with a shift differential. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for constructing doors and windows, ensuring products meet specifications, and maintaining safety standards. Primary Responsibilities

• Construct doors and windows made to order.
• Check product and raw material specifications (lengths, angles, size).
• Transport raw materials and finished products to and from machinery, equipment, and storage areas.
• Apply and understand mathematical calculations involving fractions, decimals, percentages, etc.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
• Follow safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Experience

• Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or two (2) years equivalent work experience. Ability to understand and communicate safety and work-related instructions.
• Preferred Qualifications: More than three (3) years of experience in a related job function. Technical certification or associate’s degree may be required.
