The Material Handler position offers a starting pay of $20-$24/hour, depending on experience, with a $2/hr shift differential for the 12:00pm Noon start time. This is a full-time position with no weekends, a great benefits package starting on day one, and overtime availability. Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform daily distribution yard activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping/building of loads.
• Operate forklifts and ensure loads match orders before vehicle exits the yard.
• Provide customer service and maintain strong product knowledge of building materials and warehouse operations.
• Apply fundamental math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Maintain housekeeping in work areas.
• Follow safety programs and comply with OSHA regulations.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or two (2) years of equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to understand and communicate safety and work-related instructions.
• Warehouse experience and knowledge of building material products are a plus.
• Ability to operate an industrial forklift is preferred.

Work Environment:

• This position is in a warehouse operations environment with considerable physical exertion.
• Duties will be performed in all weather conditions.
