Job Description & Requirements
This role is responsible for acquiring and analyzing data related to exceptional demand and large orders within an assigned geography. The coordinator partners with the Sales Management Team to manage order tracking, planning, and implementation. This position also serves as the primary Supply Chain point of contact for large installations and cross-regional projects.
Primary Responsibilities

Participate in calls with Sales Teams to identify large order and exceptional demand opportunities

Support the preparation and submission of sales forecasts and planning data

Track progress of orders, verify equipment configurations, and communicate status

Attend planning meetings to coordinate large-scale implementations (e.g., global accounts, government contracts)

Provide reporting on inventory constraints, order status, and delivery timelines

Liaise with Customer Care and Field Distribution to ensure setup and delivery requirements are met

Identify and resolve implementation issues related to supply chain operations

Collaborate with other regional deployment coordinators for cross-regional support

Maintain issue tracking databases and identify process improvements

Support hot rush orders and daily release actions through the Regional Fulfillment Center (RFC)

Lead on-site initiatives such as recognition events and new hire orientations

Perform other duties as assigned
Required Experience
-
Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel

Experience using Oracle R12

Strong knowledge of database management, including data querying, importing, and exporting
Required Education
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or equivalent work experience required
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

In-depth understanding of company policies and operational systems

Demonstrated experience in cross-functional areas: Sales, Order Management, Planning, Supply Chain, Delivery Systems

Strong analytical, communication, customer service, and leadership skills
