Job Description & Requirements
The Post-Delivery Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing all business activities following the scheduling of an order for delivery. This includes using advanced scheduling software to monitor processes, assigning drivers, publishing route information, reconciling post-delivery data, and providing status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate all post-scheduling activities and support the Scheduler role as needed.

Monitor and respond to regional email communications.

Print D&As and RMAs for driver use.

Review delivery routes for efficiency and adjust sequencing when necessary.

Perform daily ship confirmations in Oracle.

Place manual install calls for third-party transactions.

Send paperwork to Ricoh transfer centers and carrier partners.

Assign drivers to delivery routes and publish them to mobile devices.
-
Close third-party logistics (3PL) routes as required.

Scan and upload signed customer documents (D&A and RMA) into Oracle.

Maintain the issue log and perform route reconciliation.

Update system settings related to line haul, trucks, and driver availability.

Coordinate and reconcile finished goods inventory counts at RFC/transfer centers.

Assist in truck loading/unloading and equipment verification as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
-
Minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience at Ricoh or in a similar role.

Experience using advanced software tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Required Education
-
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment

Office setting with proper lighting, ventilation, and typical temperature and noise levels.

Tasks involve interpreting and applying complex information and working with varied data.

Physical activity includes walking, standing, bending, and lifting objects typically under 10 lbs.

Moderate dexterity is required for regular use of basic office tools and software.
