Ferguson is seeking an Appliance Delivery and Installation Associate to deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in both commercial and residential settings. The pay range for this role is $19.34 - $29.00 per hour. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Primary Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom installations (training provided)
• Handle and install household appliances including washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators
• Ensure all appliances are damage-free, properly installed per manufacturer specifications, and fully functional
• Interact professionally with builders, designers, and on-site customers
• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications
• Perform assigned driver duties and responsibilities

Required Experience

• 1+ years of experience with appliance delivery and installation is preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to deliver “white glove service” and provide excellent customer service

Required Education

• Valid state-issued driver's license required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs frequently and 90+ lbs occasionally using lifting equipment
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Work Environment

• Pre-employment drug and background screening required
• Physical work environment that includes heavy lifting and the use of appliance handling equipment
