At MasTec Advanced Technologies, you’ll play a key role in providing and installing the most advanced home technologies around, from satellite dishes to home security and smart home automation. You will serve as the technician customers trust, recommending and installing the best technologies to meet their needs. Pay: Up to $22 an hour or more

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide expert installation services for various smart home technologies, including TV mounts, sound bars, speakers, door locks, video doorbells, and smart thermostats.
• Advise and recommend the best technology solutions to meet customer needs.
• Work independently and manage multiple installations efficiently.
• Perform installations both inside and outside, working in various environments and weather conditions.
• Ensure all installations are done safely, according to manufacturer guidelines, and to the highest standards of customer service.

Required Experience:

• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of new technologies.
• Previous experience in home installation or related technical fields is a plus, but not required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Work Environment:

• Work could be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned.
• Physical demands include climbing ladders, lifting 60-80 pounds, and working in various postures, including kneeling, crawling, and bending.
