The 3rd Shift - Production Operator position at Pella in Macomb, IL offers a pay rate of $20.00 per hour plus a $2 shift differential. This role provides opportunities for professional growth and development with a strong, people-focused company.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform multiple assembly duties for the construction of windows and doors.

• Rotate through different lines and responsibilities based on business necessity.

• Safely work with and around moving equipment.

• Learn and perform repetitive job tasks.

• Operate equipment/tools requiring close control, adjustment, and following production orders.

• Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.

• Meet the physical demands of the job.

Required Experience:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must be able to lift 80+ lbs.

• Pass pre-employment tests, as required.

• Pass pre-work ability screen, as required.
