Ferguson is seeking a CDL Driver to join the team. This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM with some overtime as needed), competitive hourly compensation with safe driver incentives and bonus potential, and a pay range of $19.26 – $30.76 per hour. Drivers enjoy being home daily with no nights or weekends. Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, assisting with loading/unloading and ensuring delivery documentation accuracy.
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck, and report issues.
• Follow and implement company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling, preparing, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking materials as needed.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE (e.g., safety harness with 400 lbs. weight capacity).
• Work overtime as required.

Required Experience

• 1–3 years of commercial truck driving experience strongly preferred.
• Valid CDL and ability to maintain CDL requirements.
• Loading and unloading experience.
• Background in warehouse operations/logistics (shipping, receiving, delivery) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to operate basic technology, including iPads.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possession of or ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift items over 50 lbs.

Work Environment / Working Conditions

• Must adhere to all DOT standards and regulations.
• Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
