The Senior On-Site Service Specialist leads high-volume duplicating, production, sorting, and mailing operations at client sites. Acting as the primary customer-facing resource, you operate advanced 2D/3D print and copy equipment, handle basic maintenance and troubleshooting, manage job requests and inventory, and provide occasional reception or facilities support to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume 2D/3D print, copy, and finishing equipment, producing accurate, high-quality output.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate complex technical problems for prompt resolution.

• Deliver responsive customer service: answer inquiries, coordinate service calls, log job requests, and track status.

• Calculate job charges, maintain production records, and manage supplies/inventory.

• Coordinate delivery of completed work and support building functions (e.g., meeting-room setups, light maintenance, reception backup).

• Follow all safety protocols when handling equipment and materials to maintain a secure work environment.

Required Experience

• 1+ year of related on-site services, production, or customer-support experience.

• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer applications.

• Strong communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.

• Preferred: prior copy/print center experience, basic electronics/copier repair knowledge, and a valid driver’s license with required insurance.

Required Education

• High-school diploma or GED.
