The Field Representative II services and repairs a variety of company products and systems at customer locations within a specific geographic area. This role requires technical expertise and strong customer relations skills.  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Achieve productivity levels associated with assigned workload and experience.
• Manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
• Drive revenue-generating opportunities through supply leads and contract sales.
• Perform diagnostics, installation, removal, and retrofits on assigned equipment.
• Conduct Basic Connected installations, set up IP addresses, and provide customer training.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary.
• Complete required technical training on new equipment.
• Maintain territory management and call handling procedures.
• Work with sales partners to maximize equipment leads and upgrade opportunities.
• Complete all required administrative tasks accurately and timely.
• Interact with customers to determine service needs and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical assistance to less experienced technicians.
• Maintain a "car stock" inventory and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Typically requires journeyman-level technical knowledge gained through technical school and 2+ years of related experience.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license and meet company auto insurance coverage requirements.

Required Education:

• Completion of technical school or equivalent.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation.
• Extensive daily travel between customer locations is required; assignments may include a "walking territory."
• Exposure to conditions that could result in minor cuts and burns, along with frequent exposure to chemical solvents and cleaners.
• May require shift work, overtime, and on-call duties.
• Physical demands include moving objects weighing up to 400 pounds and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
