Job Description & Requirements

Ferguson is seeking a Non-CDL Driver to deliver products while being home daily with no nights or weekends. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with on-call rotation every 5th weekend, competitive pay ($15.61 – $23.41 per hour), bonus eligibility, safe driver incentives, and comprehensive benefits, including health, retirement, paid time off, and opportunities for growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver water heaters ranging from 150 to 1,500 lbs using a dolly.
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel trucks, and report issues.
  • Follow and implement company safety policies and DOT regulations.
  • Assist with warehouse tasks such as pulling, preparing, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking orders.
  • Work overtime as needed.

Required Experience

  • 0–3 years of delivery driving experience preferred.
  • Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
  • Customer-focused communicator with basic technology navigation skills (e.g., iPads).

Required Education

  • Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possession of or ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.

Work Environment / Working Conditions

  • Delivering and lifting heavy water heaters (150–1,500 lbs).
  • Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
  • Schedule includes Monday–Friday shifts with on-call rotation every 5th weekend.
