Job Description & Requirements
Responsible for the data entry and maintenance of all inventory product movement, ensuring accurate records and supporting physical inventory activities to enhance overall inventory management efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities

Update databases to track product location, transfers, and disposal

Generate monthly and quarterly reports for inventory management

Assist in the preparation and execution of quarterly and annual physical inventories

Identify and report inventory control issues to management

Perform other duties as assigned
Required Experience
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Business Suite

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to interpret and follow general instructions and communicate professionally at all levels
Required Education
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment

Office setting with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature/noise levels
-
Work is primarily sedentary but includes walking, standing, bending, and lifting objects under 10 lbs

Requires moderate dexterity (e.g., keyboard, calculator, hand tools, and eye/hand coordination)

Assignments may involve interpreting and applying complex information
