Job Description & Requirements
Ferguson’s Installation Associates deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in both commercial and residential settings. This role offers a strong work/life balance, full company-paid training, excellent benefits, and various career growth opportunities.
Pay Rate: Starting at $22 per hour, with potential increase based on experience.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform basic appliance installations with a willingness to learn custom installations (training provided).
- Accurately handle and install gas and electric household appliances including washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
- Ensure appliances are damage-free, properly installed per manufacturer specifications, and fully operational.
- Provide professional and courteous service to builders, designers, and on-site customers.
- Attend company-paid training seminars and obtain relevant certifications.
- Perform driver responsibilities as part of daily tasks.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in appliance delivery and installation preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Experience delivering “white glove service” and strong customer service skills are essential.
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operation manuals, and procedure instructions.

Work Environment
- Must be able to lift 70+ lbs frequently and 90+ lbs occasionally with lifting equipment (e.g., stair climber, oven lifts, air sled).
- Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one is required.
