Job Description & Requirements

Provides exceptional support and service across various mediums, including correspondence, presentations, manuals, newsletters, meetings, and company activities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support with minimal supervision.

  • Create, proofread, revise, and edit written materials.

  • Manage internal and external correspondence.

  • Investigate and resolve concerns, ensuring proper follow-through.

  • Arrange travel logistics and coordinate meeting logistics, including location, communication, and resources.

  • Maintain departmental filing systems and functional databases.

  • Answer telephone lines and organize calendars.

  • Maintain and coordinate local office equipment.

  • Act as a meeting scribe and maintain department logs and reports.

  • Cross-train on other team responsibilities and offer support as needed.

  • May provide work assignments or guidance to entry-level administrative assistants.

  • Build and maintain professional relationships across teams and departments.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Experience

  • 3–5 years of administrative or related experience.

Required Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Work Environment

  • Typical office environment with standard lighting, temperature, and noise levels.

  • Involves communication with internal teams and external contacts.

  • Routine assignments with detailed instructions provided by supervisors.

  • May experience stress due to deadlines.

  • Requires extended periods of sitting and consistent use of keyboard and phone systems.
